These days, I spend half the year in a tiny flagship boutique in the Yukon, and the other half managing a seasonal store in Alaska that serves thousands of cruise ship passengers.

But no matter the business model, one thing has always been true: I get paid because I understand how to price my work for profit—and now, I teach other makers how to do the same.

I created Ginger Profit Coach because I got tired of seeing brilliant women undercharge, burn out, and doubt themselves.
