Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and our commitment to hygiene and quality control, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately upon receipt at aegirsdottirstore@gmail.com.

Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required.

If the shipping packaging is damaged, photographs must be taken before disposal, as they may be required to file an insurance claim with the carrier.

Approved damaged items will be replaced, not refunded.
All damage claims are handled case by case and must be reported promptly.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order does not arrive, contact us immediately at aegirsdottirstore@gmail.com so we can initiate an insurance claim with the carrier.
You will receive your product or an appropriate resolution once the claim process is complete. Claims are handled case by case.
Exchanges
If you receive the incorrect item or wish to request an exchange, please email us so we can assist you.

All approved exchanges are shipped at the customer’s expense.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Bespoke (custom-made) items are final sale. No exceptions.
Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds.

If an approved exchange results in a balance owing to the customer, it will be issued as store credit.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be held indefinitely for future fulfillment.
International Orders, Duties & Refused Shipments
All online orders are fulfilled from our Canadian studio, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If an international shipment is refused or not accepted due to import fees, duties, or taxes:

The order is considered abandoned

Return shipping and import fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We are unable to influence or waive customs charges imposed by foreign governments.
Alaska Store Fulfillment
While we operate a seasonal retail location in Alaska, our online store and Alaska store operate as separate businesses in different countries and do not share inventory. Online orders cannot be fulfilled from the U.S. location.
Final Notes
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. Chargebacks related to refused shipments or failure to pay import fees will be disputed with documentation of fulfillment, refusal, and refund status.
