Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Canadian studio unless otherwise stated.

Between May and September, our studio operates seasonally in Alaska. During this period, online orders are shipped every other Monday from Canada. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship international orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever available. This means any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected during checkout, allowing your order to clear customs before delivery without unexpected import charges upon arrival.

In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional information or documentation from the recipient before releasing a shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide any requested information promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or requests from customs agencies.

While we make every effort to ensure duties and taxes are correctly calculated, customs authorities retain the right to assess additional charges in exceptional circumstances. Any such assessments remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, or deemed undeliverable because the recipient cannot be contacted, any return shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other costs incurred in returning the shipment will be deducted from any eligible refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, labour actions, or other events beyond our control.
